Stephen Keppel is an economist, writer, and producer with a focus on the Americas and a passion for innovation and empowerment. He is currently the Director of Empowerment Initiatives at Univision News overseeing the expansion and development of Univision’s social campaigns.. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.
Stephen writes and speaks about economics, the Americas and entrepreneurship and his work has been featured on Univision, NPR, the BBC, The Economist, Poder Magazine and the Huffington Post.
He has been fortunate to call Pennsylvania, Indiana, New York City, Port-au-Prince, Bogota, London and Miami home at some point during the past ten years. He has a wife and son and is currently enjoying life in Miami.
